This is the on-line course page for Danika Brown's English 101 sections. Please use this page to review your syllabus, view current assignments, find internet resources for research and writing, and to view the archives of listserv discussions.  I also hope to put several samples of your essays up here (with your permission, of course).

If you would like to contribute to this page, I would welcome any efforts.  You may suggest links which your classmates would find useful.  Or, you may want to publish essays, commentary, or other interesting additions. This website will be a resource for future and current students.

I also would like to recommend your group project be designed to be put on this site. We will be discussing the group project at length, but it should be something which addresses a problem and serves a purpose in addressing that problem.  One effective place for such a project to have impact is here on the World Wide Web.

I am keeping the design of this sight relatively simple in case you access it from off-campus and have to use the lynx browser. If you need assistance on how to access these pages through your modem, please let me know or check with computing resources.
